The site is currently a public surface car park. The project is to increase capacity by: Option A nett 180 car parking spaces or Option B nett 360 spaces depending on the completion and outcome of the Councils overall car parking study and strategy. It is a requirement that tenderers submit bids for both options i.e. Option A and Option B. The evaluation criteria and scoring methodology will be the same for each option but the decision on which option to proceed with will be made separately by the Council outside of the tender evaluation process following completion of their overall Town Centre car parking strategy.
