[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](/opportunities/for-small-businesses)## About this tender Crown Commercial Service as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The above Public Sector Bodies have a need for a technology service Framework Agreement, which will deliver local, regional and national technology service provides for the range of service outlined below. The agreement will include but not be limited to the following technology support services: • Hardware management and support • Software management and support • Network management and support • Data management • Enterprise security (Security Operations Centre - SOC services) • Technology service discovery • Technology service disaggregation • Transition and transformation of existing technology services • Technology strategy & service design The Services covered by this Procurement have been subdivided into 8 Lots, namely: - Lot 1Technology Strategy and Services Design - Lot 2Transition and Transformation - Lot 3a - Operational Services - End User Services - Lot 3b - Operational Services - Operational Management Services - Lot 3c - Operational Services - Technical Management - Lot 3d - Operational Services - Application and Data Management - Lot 4Major Services Transformation Programmes - Lot 5Service Integration and Management Bidders have the opportunity to bid for all or a combination of Lots. You will be eligible for a place on Lot 4 if you have been successful on Lots 1, 2, 3a, 3b, 3c & 3d. Crown Commercial Service reserves the right for an electronic auction to be held by contracting authority(s) during further competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement(s). Additional information: This Framework Agreement RM6100 is for use by Contracting Authorities in the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories, and Crown Dependencies, that exist on 23/10/2020 and which fall into one or more of the following categories: - Any of the following: - Ministerial government departments; - Non ministerial government departments; - Executive agencies of government; - Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), including advisory NDPBs, executive NDPBs, and tribunal NDPBs; - Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies (ASPBs); - Police forces; - Fire and rescue services; - Ambulance services; - Maritime and coastguard agency services; - NHS bodies; - Educational bodies or establishments including state schools (nursery schools, primary schools, middle or high schools, secondary schools, special schools), academies, colleges, Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), further education colleges and universities; - Hospices; - National Parks; - Housing associations, including registered social landlords; - Third sector and charities; - Citizens advice bodies; - Councils, including county councils, district councils, county borough councils, community councils, London borough councils, unitary councils, metropolitan councils, parish councils; - Public corporations; - Public financial bodies or institutions; - Public pension funds; - Central banks; and - Civil service bodies, including public sector buying organisations. - Those listed and maintained by the Government on their website at [gov.uk](https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations) or any replacement or updated web-link. - Those listed and maintained by the Office of National Statistics (ONS) at [ons.gov.uk](https://www.ons.gov.uk/economy/nationalaccounts/uksectoraccounts/datasets/publicsectorclassificationguide) or any replacement or updated web-link. - Those bodies in England, Wales or Northern Ireland which are within the scope of the definition of "Contracting Authority" in regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) and/or Schedule 1 PCR.
