As part of the Digital First Programme the Design workstream focuses on adopting a user led service design approach to reviewing our services and identifying and delivering opportunities for improved customer outcomes and efficiencies. Coventry Council is seeking to award a contract to a supplier who will work in a partnership approach to develop and deliver a user centred design solution for the Council.
