The framework agreement will initially be for, but not limited to, the use of Bolton Metropolitan Council, Bury Metropolitan Council, Manchester City Council, Oldham Metropolitan Council, Salford City Council, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council. The Contract will be for a term of 2 years; from January 2019 till January 2021, and potentially it may be extended for a further period of 24 months annually up to January 2023.
