We anticipate that these reviews will lead to proposed changes to the existing operating and delivery models and we will need to understand the potential impacts of any changes so they can be evaluated before being implemented. To better understand these potential impacts, we are commissioning this research to map the multiple regulatory aspects that exists from policy development through to the front-line delivery and enforcement of official controls.
