However, Highways England is delivering an unprecedented procurement programme, which requires resource above a sustainable WFP. This involves: - Awarding over £15BN of complex contracts using a variety of sophisticated procurement solutions and contract strategies, including competitive dialogue, negotiated procedure, PFI and Alliancing. The £15Bn is delivered across 5 multifaceted projects, and all are required to be delivered concurrently resulting in competing resource demands. - Awarding £5BN of transactional procurement contracts (under existing frameworks & new OJEU) required for business as usual activities. As a result of the unprecedented delivery programme and resource constraints, Procurement is seeking procurement technical specialists through SPaTS to provide support services, as well as procuring a strategic partner to provide a combination of capability and capacity to minimise the risk to delivery of key business objectives. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/883c34c0-5084-41ed-a8e4-eb2c814d2dfb) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
