Works include removal of existing office partitions, ceiling tiles and grid, floor coverings and redundant electrical services. Installation of new office partitions, suspended ceiling tiles and grid, floor coverings, creation of a kitchen, forming new openings, installation of new doors & windows and M&E services to create a new business start up space in the Civic Centre. The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal [procontract.due-north.com](https://procontract.due-north.com) to conduct this procurement exercise.
