The system is now used in a read only capacity to determine pensionable data for current and past civil servants. In 2018, the original C-Store hardware failed and faced a full data loss. After forensic data recovery the data was extracted and a tactical, interim solution, was developed. In parallel the FAMIS project was underway where a front end reporting solution was developed, providing an opportunity to add the C-Store data into the same reporting system improving end User experience and ensuring GDPR compliance. Required outcomes from the project: - Analysis of the extracted data files in order to create an appropriate data model. Inclusive analysis of queries available in the original system in order to develop similar report layouts and workflows. - Development of transformation routines resulting in conversion and validation of the data into SQL.
