Outputs of the service includes: - Ensuring that the proposed framework and call-off terms and conditions are up to date and include all relevant changes since 2018; - Aligning the terms and conditions with PHE's requirements including those based upon the experience of managing the current framework; - Ensuring that the revised terms and conditions enable use by other participating authorities. Mills & Reeve are the authors of the underlying NHS Framework terms and conditions and hence selected as a preferred supplier for this task.
