Skylon Park is a world-class business landscape, available for immediate development following over £20 million investment in infrastructure, and offers a high quality business environment in a parkland setting. The 72-hectare site is located within Rotherwas, the largest and most strategically important employment area in Herefordshire, and is already home to over 250 companies employing in excess of 2,500 people. Our aim is to utilise Zone status to speed up the development of the new land, which will become a catalyst for enhanced economic growth throughout the Marches through the creation of highly skilled jobs and encouragement of overseas investment into the area.We have developed or sold over 51 acres to date, with 41 EZ clients in occupation and 755 jobs within those businesses. This brief covers an intensive 18 month period where the remaining infrastructure investment required to make the zone ready is implemented.
