The aim of the study is to evaluate how the VRP is reducing serious violence based on their plans set out in the Strategic Needs Assessment/ Problem Profile and Response Strategy. The scope is based on the feasibility, acceptability and impact of the implementation of the Merseyside VRP work programme since funding in 2019-20.
