The following local authorities are the current members of the EHA: Cambridgeshire County Council, Central Bedfordshire Council, Essex County Council,Hertfordshire County Council, Luton Borough Council, Norfolk County Council, Peterborough City Council,Southend on Sea Borough Council, Suffolk County Council and Thurrock Council. The procurement for this is being led by Essex County Council on behalf of the current EHA. Other Local Authorities can join the EHA and use EHF3 subject to board approval.
