PLEASE NOTE this is not a call for competition or formal tendering procedure. The event will enable providers to get information about the council's commissioning intentions and forthcoming procurement and provide feedback before the start of the procurement. The Market Engagement Event will take place via MS teams on 1st July 2020 from 14.30 hrs to 16.30hrs. The council wishes to commission an organisation(s) to deliver an Integrated lifestyle service which includes: • Smoking Cessation • Adult weight management • Physical activity sessions • Community based NHS Health Checks • Brief alcohol advice It is anticipated that the tender will start in mid July 2020 with 8 weeks' response time. The service would commence on 1st April 2021 and run for a period of up to 8 years with a break clause after the initial 3 years.
