RBK are open to how that partnership might work contractually and are willing to discuss options to explore alternative use for some internal sections of the site and room configuration. One of the key things RBK wants to achieve from this scheme is a facility which provides a range of dementia care services on the site including 24 hr specialist care, day opportunities, health and care community based services such as memory clinics, and outreach.
