The works will include the installation of the steelwork, possible minor asbestos removal works to facilitate the installation of the steel columns, minor building works on completion such as decoration and plastering. The works will be expected to commence as soon as practicable and the anticipated contract completion date will be approximately 8 weeks after commencement.
