[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender South Hams District Council (SHDC) and West Devon Borough Council (WDBC) have commenced a programme of 59 units in SHDC and 29 Units in WDBC in 2019/2020 to meet the need of affordable community housing in South Devon. This is the second scheme within this programme with the wider pipeline aiming to produce 50 units year. The houses embrace innovative and sustainable build design with the aim to provide houses which are energy efficient to ensure low running costs are achieved for the inhabitants.
