The facility will be managed by the Council's leisure centre provider. The Contractor is required to develop detailed designs, a scope of works and an outline cost plan to deliver the proposed works under a Design and Build JCT Contract. Please note the build phase is subject to approval by the Council's Committee and planning application.)
