The existing building contains a combination of bedroom, recreational, educational and staff facilities and provides two crucial services; safeguarding vulnerable children and public protection. The intention of this project is to enhance the buildings current facilities, enabling it to house 12 young people at any one time and improving recreational facilities through the addition of a secure external multi use games area (MUGA).
