The providers will work as part of an established approved scheme promoted as a partnership under the Lincs 4 Warmer Homes brand. It is intended that the GLEEN partnership will offer a 'one-stop-shop', that provides a range of private sector (owner occupied and private rented) home energy efficiency improvements to the most vulnerable. There will be no limit to the number of providers/tenderers admitted to the framework.
