The Design Team is to be comprised of the following consultants: • Architect and Lead Designer(s) - may include a consortium approach working alongside smaller and/or specialist architecture practices • Landscape Architect • Building Surveyor Engineer • Structural Engineer • Civil Engineer • Principal Designer and Building Safety Manager Prospective Design Team submissions are to provide fee proposals for services up to RIBA Stage 6 and if successful, will be engaged to develop a concept design proposal up to RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design).
