The extent of this LOT will include the heat network and thermal substations - LOT2 - a new Strategic Energy Centre (SEC) to supply heat into the DHN which will contain gas fired CHP (at least 3 MWe), boilers (in excess of 25 MW) and thermal stores (at least 200 m3) The Council invites suitably qualified contractors to attend a market engagement event where it will present the proposed LOTS and have a discussion with potential contractors for these Works. The event will be held between 1:00 and 3:00pm on Tuesday 25 February 2020 at The Council Chamber, Barking Town Hall Barking, IG11 7LU.
