The review of tenders received will also form the basis of works undertaken within RIBA Stage 3. Technical design of the building, in accordance with RIBA Stage 4 will form the responsibility of the appointed Contractor and the council is considering whether it will be appropriate to novate the design team to the Contractor. The scope of any appointment under this ITT may not extend beyond the end of Stage 3 or may require the consultant to be novated across to the Contractor.
