The work may include working directly for the Forestry Commission or the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA), an executive Agency of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra). Our intention is to award this framework agreement for a period of four years starting from 01/04/2020. Annual break points will be available within the framework agreement each year at which time we will decide whether the framework agreement will continue. The decision whether to use break points will be at our discretion and we will base it on the following factors: satisfactory performance, budget availability, level of pest & disease outbreaks requiring arboricultural services, and ministerial decisions. ## CPV classification Forestry services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/56ad9d26-23d0-478b-9dbe-d22a25b2caae) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
