A copy of the file will be sent to the contractor by secure email, where possible, or recorded delivery post. The contractor will be required to respond to the Council within two working days (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are excluded) confirming receipt of the request and provide an estimated time scale for review response. Whilst the review is being carried out, the Council has a power to provide the applicant with accommodation (s.188(3) if appropriate.
