In order to achieve this in the most cost effective and timely way, we intend to procure one company with expertise in high quality, professional sticker distribution. The quote needs to cover the specifications to placing stickers on Trafford's black mixed recycling bins. In Trafford, there are approximately 90,000 properties that fall within our campaign area that will need to have a sticker placed on their mixed recycling bin.
