The Supplier is referred to the concept / developed designs already produced and appended to this document to indicate the extent and scope of the works and to assist the supplier in producing their fee and service proposal. The Authority welcomes advice from the appointed Supplier in relation to Value Management / Value Engineering opportunities. Please refer to Appendix 1 for copies of the concept/ developed designs.
