The intended outcome of this programme is the acceleration of positive change in social attitudes towards ending FGM in countries/regions in which the programme is operational. The DM Supplier will contribute to this by providing a robust monitoring and evaluation framework and improving the way we measure change, so we can see clearly what works best to end FGM.
