In that the Council intends to ensure that the vulnerable residents in need of the services will continue to receive it throughout the COVID-19 pandemic including a period where the COVID-19 pandemic issues persist. The Council has published a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice and intends to enter into an interim contract in June 2020 for a period of one year commencing on 25th June 2020 expiring on 24th June 2021.
