The work is for the construction of approximately 250 sq m of block and other paving around a newly constructed building in People's Park Community Garden. The works are based on the NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Short Contract - Option B. Prospective Tenderers are required to price up the Bill of Quantities and send it to Mr M Recchia, Town Clerk using the enclosed tender label. The priced document must be accompanied with evidence to show that they are accomplished and have the necessary experience to undertake this type of operation. Tenderers are also required to submit site based Risk Assessments and Method Statements showing how they will undertake the work.
