These works include but are not limited to: • The renewal of furniture and equipment to bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens • Decoration • Improvements to electrical and mechanical systems as required by each accommodation block Additional information: This EOI document has been made available through the University's electronic tendering portal (In-Tend).
