To help us achieve this Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is looking to create an enterprise hub in one of its empty retail properties in the Top of the Town area of Basingstoke's town centre. As part of this process, we are inviting providers to submit proposals highlighting their approach to the running and management of this space. The Council is looking for something different and innovative to stimulate enterprise creation and growth, meet local needs and build on existing provisions.
