An iterative approach should be taken to ensure that the language and content is context specific and appropriate for the audience. This requires: - Training materials explicitly mapped against 2 of the 12 topics that make up the Tier 2 level of the Dementia Framework, based upon a blended learning approach which would include e-learning modules and support resources for training leads or managers (identified as the preferred approach in the scoping phase). This would take a 'digital first' approach to minimise costs of resources and increase the sustainability of the model. - Fully tested materials with users (both staff and managers) taking an iterative approach to development.
