Brief description: Adult Social Care currently have a temporary vacancy for an Operations Manager within the Social Work and Therapy Service of Adult Social Care. This role will have operational responsibility for Enquiry / Therapy / Home Improvement Agency / Vulnerable Adult Housing & Floating Support Teams. You will have experience of working in a senior setting with leadership, and supervisory responsibilities. Managing a large budget. Partnership working and consulting with stakeholder is a key to the role along with engaging with service users and developing services. You will need to be qualified to degree level or equivalent.
