ROS was commissioned in 2008 and a recent discovery report concluded that it is no longer suitable in its current form to enable transport fuel suppliers to meet changing legislation. Therefore, redevelopment of the system is recommended in line with modern technology and security standards, and to address current functionality, reliability and performance issues to improve the overall user experience and improve efficiency in RTFO Unit processes and procedures. via Digital Marketplace DOS Framework RM1043 ## CPV classification IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/3ef06f47-5f70-4c04-a064-45f509b0d0ce) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
