the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus ("TQEC") adjacent to Bristol Temple Meads railway station.

Third Party Liability and Products Liability

Non-Negligent Liability

### Financial loss

Details relating to each of the risks to be insured are contained in the tender documents.
