In addition, the Authority has a number of skip framework contracts which service our Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) which are due to end on the 31st March 2021. The Authority sees this is an opportunity to review how recyclable materials collected via both our household collection service and network of Household Recycling Centres (HRC) are transported, stored and treated/processed.
