Project Description: Works and materials are required to address render / coating defects on the external elevations of the MSCP, and to improve the structure's aesthetic appearance. The initial contract term will be for 2 months as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is £250k. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments.
