The site is located within the Swindon town centre. ### Project description The contractor will be required to undertake the work which is more particularly detailed in the tender documentation with a brief outline below:- • Demolition and associated works • Asbestos Removal • Drainage and Resurfacing works • Making good to the gable wall of the remaining building/structure(s) upon completion ### The contract term will be for 10 weeks Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. Please see section 3 of the Invitation to Tender Document (ITT) for details of available dates for visits to view the internal areas of the site.
