We would like to commission mental health and well-being support to complement other forms of support available through the project during its extension period from 1st July 2020 and 30th December 2021. We are inviting applications from providers who are able to supply individual mental health condition management support alongside workshops on well-being topics and visits to community venues to help BBO participants with long-term common mental health conditions to become more involved in their local community and move closer to participation in education and/or employment. Delivered through a partnership of local organisations, the project is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund. The project began in December 2017 and was due to end in June 2020. However, a project extension granted by the Big Lottery and Leicester and Leicestershire LEP will enable the project to continue to meet the ongoing demand and need for support from local residents. This procurement of mental health and well-being support will be funded through the project's Community Provision Budget which was established to enable the procurement of supplementary support to meet participants' additional needs.
