This contract is on behalf of Rotherham MBC and Doncaster MBC and was due to expire at the end of July 2020. A replacement tender is due for publication shortly by Doncaster as the lead authority on behalf of Doncaster and Rotherham. Early warning was received that Motus Traffic were in financial difficulty and in talks with several companies regarding a takeover or the potential of entering into administration. Notice was received from Motus notifying that they ceased trading on Tuesday 18/02/2020.
