The project involves the following activities: - Maintenance of the COBA, QUADRO, MyRIAD and SAR appraisal tools, including distribution, user support, the recording and removal of bugs and updating of the tools and manuals in line with changes to WebTAG. - The continuing development of MyRIAD to improve the quality of results and ease of use. - The updating of the technical annex of the Highways England Appraisal Manual entitled Appraisal of Technology Schemes to reflect changes arising as a result of (A) and (B) above.
