The TSC is required to undertake a review of the EIADR Review Tools Improvement; Review Questions , Technical Guidance Notes and other relevant national/international good practice and standards, with a view to producing a draft Technical Assessment Guide for the assessment of submissions (i.e. Environmental Statements and requests for determinations under Regulation 13) made by duty holders under the EIADR.
