North Kesteven District Council (NKDC) and West Lindsey District Council (WLDC) are undergoing an IT Hardware refresh. As there is a shared infrastructure between the two Councils, this will be a collaborative procurement, in which WLDC shall be the Lead Council to which all Goods are delivered and invoiced. The Supplier shall implement all Goods into both NKDC's and WLDC's Data Centers.
