The appointment shall be for an initial period of one year. This may be extended for up to another four years, subject to approval and satisfactory performance. The provider must prepare tax returns and tax notes to the financial statements for the five separate organisations, GPHG; GPHA; Plumlife; Cube; and Terra Nova. Further, the preparation and submission of the consolidate Corporate Interest Restriction return, to be submitted alongside the corporation tax returns.
