To this effect, UCL is launching an alternative model for agency workers involving the establishment of a Master Vendor (MV) Framework Agreement with a single provider, with the potential for a Direct Engagement partner (DE) to be engaged in the future. The Master Vendor supplier shall provide services whilst operating as: • An Employment Business, sourcing and introducing Temporary Workers for hire on assignment to work for a specific period or • An Employment Agency, sourcing and introducing staff to UCL for fixed term or permanent engagements. UCL is looking for agencies with prior Master Vendor delivery experience in an organisation comparable to UCL in size and demand. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: UCL hereby invites recruitment agencies to apply as prospective tenderers via email to the buyer at Interested parties may submit an expression of interest at any time up until COB 20 July 2020. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE: University College London (UCL) is not a public body within the meaning of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") and is not subject to the procurement legislation.
