The instrument chosen will be a 'turn-key' system and all hardware, firmware and software costs must be included in tender returns. In addition a full five year service contract (one year statutory warranty plus an additional four years of maintenance) should be included in the total cost. The instrument will be used in the Science Laboratory, stores and galleries across all V&A sites. Tenders may provide options or alternative quotes.
