The requirement includes alterations and remodelling to increase toilet provision. The Authority is providing two quotation options for the quotation submission: Quotation A (essential works) and Quotation B (Option A+B (desirable works) for works depending upon capital investment required. If the returns are within the budget both options would be delivered under Quotation B, and if not Quotation A only. Please refer to Schedule of Works A and B.
