The tools and services would be to support the needs of the BBC CiN Ltd e-commerce website, the fulfilment of orders for product and stock holding. The supplier for the BBC CiN e-commerce website, stock holding, and fulfilment would ideally be required to provide capabilities and services on a standard price basis that is dependent on the use and demand of the charity. The supplier would be required to supply online tools for the BBC which will include a range of platforms: - Website Hosting - Mobile web version - Online portal for behind the e-commerce site and a portal for the fulfilment system Suppliers would be expected to have the capability to deliver the following: - Website hosting and running the e-commerce website - Stock holding - Despatch all product orders - Despatch all orders within 24 hours - Process returns - Provide regular detailed sales, despatch, returns and stock reports Additional information: Responses are invited for submission no later than - Wednesday 5th August 2020 at 14:00 (UK Time).
