This work will be an important element of the councils' evidence base to inform the ongoing preparation of the councils' Joint Local Plan. The evidence update comprises two components: Part A- Housing and Part B- Employment. The first component (Part A- Housing) requires an update of the 2017 Joint Strategic Housing Market Assessment. The second component (Part B- Employment) necessitates an update of the 2015 Joint Employment Land Review. It is essential to comply with the following instructions in the preparation and submission of your quotation.
