The solution adopted will be able to adapt to change in organisational objectives and structure. It will provide improved capability to capture, update, track and present relevant information to stakeholders, enabling effective reporting and informed decision making, at all appropriate levels. - To improve Risk Management engagement, culture and capability across UKRI. - To give Board, CEO and Executive Directors a way of understanding material risks across the organisation in a comparable way. - To provide risk and assurance information to support decision making and planning across the organisation. - To support proportionate compliance with relevant government standards e.g. the Orange Book. - To have an integrated Enterprise solution - covering Risk, Assurance and Governance. - To support the development of the UKRI risk culture and alignment with UKRI's risk maturity. - The system will support the embedding of the Risk Management Framework and the Assurance Framework.It will be used to manage and support the captured Risk, Assurance, IGRAF (Integrated Governance, Risk &Assurance Framework) and Audit information and hence support evidence-based decision making. - BUDGET & TIMELINE (Indicative) - The current indicative budget is based up to £90,000 per annum licensing cost, subject to Value-for-Money justification. - The current forecast for a full tender is during Quarter-3 of 2020/21 Financial Year, subject to necessary approvals.
